Gelato is simply Italian ice cream. Made fresh in our kitchens, we feature eight to twelve flavors daily. We have a saying at the Blue Spoon, “If you look at our Gelato, you have to taste a sample.” The best way to get to know Gelato is to step right up and have a dish!

Blue Spoon Gelato is characterized by the intense flavors typical of Italian ice cream. It's lower in butterfat content than traditional American ice creams. The machines we use to make gelato move very slowly as they churn, resulting in a denser, thicker product. This results in a richer, creamier taste.

We hold our gelato at 8°F, not allowing it to freeze hard. This higher temperature enhances its flavor for an instant spoonful of delight that quickly melts in your mouth.

Blue Spoon Gelato is made fresh daily with traditional products imported from Italy, fresh fruit, toppings and mix-ins. Our flavors change daily.
